A private place to tell the truth

Serious help for compulsive sexual behavior — and for the partner who has been living with it.

Some people find that sexual behavior has become something they cannot stop, even when it is costing them their relationship, their work, or their sense of self. They may feel shame, secrecy, and a cycle of promising to quit and then returning to the same behavior.

Counseling offers a private, non-sensational place to talk honestly. The work is about understanding the pattern, taking responsibility, and building a different way of living — not about shock or spectacle.

This page does not diagnose anyone. If you recognize yourself in these words, a conversation can help you decide what kind of help you need.

For partners

If your partner’s sexual behavior has left you feeling betrayed, confused, or alone, you deserve support of your own. Many partners describe shock, anger, grief, and a loss of trust that reaches into everyday life.

You do not have to sort this out in silence, and you do not have to put your own pain last. Counseling can be a place to stabilize, ask clear questions, and decide what you need while the relationship is in this hard place.

Both the person who is struggling and the partner who has been hurt can be helped. Those are not the same conversations.
